Our Premium Quality Penne Pasta is Bronze Die Cut and Slow Dried giving the pasta a rough and porous texture. Ours is "rigate" or ridged, so the sauce grips the pasta. Excellent for chunky meat sauces, creamy sauces, casseroles, and pasta salads.
Ingredients: Durum Wheat Semolina (niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)
