Balsamic Vinegar

Reduce as a glaze for any chicken dish. Simmer and serve over Brie and Pecans. Great on a summer salad with Blood Orange or Meyer Lemon Olive Oil. 

Pairs well with Basil, Tuscan Herb, Blood Orange, and Meyer Lemon.
